Promotion of Rainwater Harvesting mass awareness walk was conducted in Balakot city from Ayub Bridge to TMO office on 15th February.

The walk started from Ayub Bridge at 11:00am almost 500 people from union council Balakot participated in the walk. Local MNA Balakot Shahjahan Yousaf, Service Provider SUKHI, officials of PIU and PCU ERRA were leading the walk, students from Public Schools also participated in the walk.

The purpose of awareness walk was to create awareness and sensitization among local community about Rainwater Harvesting.

At the end point of walk distinguish guests Ch.Israr CEO SuKhi, Mr.Baig Secretary General Sukhi, Waseem Ahmad PM WatSan ERRA addressed to the people and expressed their views about Rainwater Harvesting importance and need for Rainwater Harvesting.

Sardar Shahjahan Yousaf MNA and Local community participants showed keen interest and ensured their full support for the Project.
